What We Do

We work with individual clients who are navigating a career transition or exploring a new professional chapter and with Financial Services companies seeking executive coaching for their senior ranks.

LEADERSHIP ACCELERATED

Designed to accelerate the development and adoption of top leadership traits — largely emotional intelligence or “soft skills” — our signature Leadership Coaching program provides time for guided self-reflection and skill building in areas including communication, influencing, effective delegation, leading with empathy, motivating teams, stakeholder management, and boardroom behavior. A psychometric assessment and a 360 review can offer valuable data to increase self-awareness and to inform a Professional Growth Plan. For those new to the C-Suite, we formulate a plan for “the first 100 days” and beyond.

CAREER COACHING

Whether you are exploring a career transition, pursuing a promotion, or seeking greater alignment between your strengths and your work, our career coaching process provides a structured, personalized roadmap designed to help you achieve your goals with confidence. Together we’ll define your unique value proposition and optimize your resume and LinkedIn, all based on your ideal job description. You will develop a compelling “story” to share while networking, practicing and honing this “elevator pitch” as you prepare for formal interviews. As you continue to execute your strategic job search and navigate the offer process, we will research competitive market rates for your desired role(s), and cover offer evaluation and negotiation.

PROMOTION PREPARATION

Famed executive coach Marshall Goldsmith once wrote, “What got you here, won’t get you there” — something new leaders often discover as they move from an “individual contributor” role to the demanding ranks of leadership. Promotion Preparation introduces basic leadership behaviors, from developing EQ and influencing, to motivating teams and managing up. Participants establish reasonable goals and a clear, actionable plan to succeed in their new seat. Finally, time is spent digesting that a great leader’s success is measured not by their own performance, but by that of their team.

PSYCHOMETRIC ASSESSMENT

Utilizing the Hogan Assessment, EQ-i 2.0, and/or a 360 review, clients identify and consider their unique strengths, values, and challenges. Employing a scientifically-valid psychometric assessment provides detailed data and a practical inventory of a client’s personal strengths and potential blind spots. Professionals enjoy the assessment and debrief experience, and embrace the concept of a data-driven process. The resulting report is a valuable source of self-awareness and often serves as the basis for a coaching and development plan.

All coaching engagements are customized to meet the needs of the individual professional, to benefit them and/or their organization.

1:1 coaching is conducted virtually, allowing leaders to fit sessions into their busy week. Typical engagements are 4-6 months in length and designed to meet your specific needs.
